Examination Procedure
- Promotion to the next class depends upon the all the year round’s progress of a student. A student has to pass in agreegate of all the two F.A. & S.A. periodical Exams (Sept. & March exams) and in all the monthly test as well.
- A student has to appear in all the tests and if any student is absent from any test without medical certificate from appropriate authority he/she will be provided with zero marks in the test.
- No student is granted re-examination in any circumstances.
- Re-exam can be taken only in unavaidable circumstances and with the permission of Principal
- A fine of absence in any examination is Rs. 50/- per paper.
Attendance & Leaves
Every student is expected to put in 100% attendence unless prevented by illness or any other unavoidable circumstances.
Leave of a student will be granted only :-
In case of serious illness/marrieage of blood relative or the time of bereavement of blood relative.
Note :- Any leave taken is to be supported by an application from the parents. If a student is absent for more then 7 days without any notice his/her name is liable to be struck off from the school rolls and he/she will have to be re-admitted after finding the satisfactory reasons of absence of student and if the Principal finds him/her suitable for re-admission in the interest of school than student will have to deposit the re-admission fee of Rs. 500/-
Withdrawl:
If any student wants to withdraw from school his/her parents would have to submit an application for school leaving certificate one month before the end of session/one month before the months of leaving the school. Otherwise one month’s fee will be deposited and the School Leaving Certificat’s fee will be charged Rs. 200/- other than above fee. If S.L.C. is lost by student/parents then duplicate S.L.C. will be issued on the payment of Rs. 200/- and with a affidavit by parents with the reasons of lost of S.L.C.
Form of Disciplinary Measures
The following disciplinary measures may be adopted by the school in dealing with erring pupils who indulge any of the forbidden practices.
- Advise
- Warning
- Fine
- Expulsion
- If the Principal comes to know that a pupil in indulged in any of the forbidden practice may warn of impose fine on pupil under information to his parents or local guardians.
- If the above mentioned measures are not sufficient enough to bring the erring students on right track than Principal can expell the student in the interest of school for the following reasons :
- If students fails to accept the discipline of school.
- If his/her continued presence is considered detrimental to the interest of other students.
- If a student fails to come to the academic standard expected of him/her.
- If a student fails twice in the same class.
- If the presence of a student is not satisfactory and he/she remain absent frequently.
